How our support department works. 

1. First you need to have a support account created. If you have not created a support account, please, click here to register. Just fill out a couple of fields and you are ready to send in your support tickets to our support staff. Once logged in click on "Create A New Ticket" to get started.

2. Once you have an account you login below with the email address and password you created. From there you will go to our support admin site where you send us support requests by clicking on "Create A New Ticket". Your response is then sent to our support staff. You will receive an email of our response as well as the ability to check the status of your requests by logging back into your admin area below.
